    All the staff (service, sales, & mechanics) are absolutely wonderful people. Definitely a family atmosphere. Very quick service with honest feedback. Upfront and honest about work/repairs that would be needed. They are honest with their pricing and don’t try to raise prices or add extra work just because your there with a necessary repair. They whole facility (showroom, service, mechanic shop, etc) was very clean. This is a shop where professionalism and quality are obviously very important to them. I am very pleased to have taken my bike to RPM Cycles and would strongly encourage others to do the same.

    On a side note: I was stranded and had to fly back home to New Jersey. I was pressed for time and having a really tough time arranging a ride to the airport (the ride service I tried to use canceled my ride 2x). Rick at RPM generously offered me a ride to the airport. Thanks to Rick I was able to make my flight.
