  Rented a full size large SUV. Called me day before to say they didnt have any available and was unsure if they would have any available. I agreed to a mini van and a discount because of them not having SUV.
  When i went in to pick up van I was charged 40$ more than quoted and no discount, and was also given a hard time about renting a vehicle period due to an address on my bills, which is had already been handled over the phone previously to prevent any discrepency on the day of pickup. It took an extra 30-45 min to get in the car. I have rented cars on a biweekly to monthly basis for the past 13 or 14 yrs with very minimum problems until lately.
