  I use these guys all the time with a variety of properties and conditions. Gary Deeck is a straight up honest and trustworthy guy - you just have to remember he is running a business. The services his crew provide are almost free when you consider the checklist and inventory they perform on your equipment every on-site visit. I don't blink an eye about a $100 capacitor but some technicians make suggestions that don't align with our investment objectives for some properties. That's to be expected. Gary is always onboard for a customer's preferences and objectives. And I know the rest of the company (Wynette, Brenda, Melissa, etc.) are there to support us! Couldn't be happier!
